
Operation and Refund Policy
Before 3 pm on November 28th of the current season, participants may request, in writing, a refund for their lessons and/or transportation. A $25 processing fee will be applied to each refund.
Lessons and/or transportation are non-refundable after 3 pm on November 28th, due to our financial commitments for insurance, staffing, administration, operations, and busing. We appreciate your understanding that we are a nonprofit organization and operate within tight financial constraints.
If the program is not completed by April 30th due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a prorated credit will be applied towards the following season.
“In the case of a force majeure (the act of unforeseen circumstances) hindering Mohan Skiing and Boarding from completing the current season, NO refunds or credits will be owed. Funds will be used to pay our bills to keep us around for the following season, and remaining funds will be used for scholarships the following season.”
Please note that it is typical to postpone program operations throughout the season due to weather or road conditions. The decision to operate or postpone is at the sole discretion of Mohan. The operating status is posted daily on the Mohan website and the main phone number on Extension 1. Please opt in for text alerts from Mohan during registration. You can also opt in for Snoqualmie Pass road condition alerts from the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) by texting “Start” to 85107.
If a program is postponed, it is our policy to AUTOMATICALLY add a make-up program date to the end of the program schedule until all postponements are completed.

3. Data Sharing with Third Parties & Volunteers
We partner with the following trusted providers:
Ski Anywhere: For managing registration, transportation, instructor assignments, instructor payroll, and volunteer coordination
Stripe: For secure payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
Twilio and Zoom: For sending SMS updates to opted-in users (Twilio Privacy Policy, Zoom Privacy Policy)
Squarespace: For website hosting, form management, and analytics
Licensed Bus Vendors: For ski bus transportation. We may share participant information (e.g., names, bus program selection, emergency contacts) with these vendors strictly for operational and safety purposes
Approved Volunteers: Vetted parents, teachers, and community members help facilitate both the ski bus program and the group lesson program. These volunteers may receive limited participant data (e.g., rosters, emergency contact info) necessary for supporting program delivery. All volunteers must apply and are vetted and approved by Mohan Skiing & Boarding before gaining access to any data. Volunteers are required to maintain confidentiality and follow strict safety and privacy guidelines.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. All third parties and volunteers are expected to use information solely for the purpose of delivering or supporting our programs.
